As part of PepsiCo's Global Imports & Portable Snacking business, you'll help shape and scale a high-priority growth platform with an ambition to reach
$3-4B in business by 2030, while building a sustainable, high-margin model across markets.
In this role, you'll connect
strategy with execution-identifying where the biggest opportunities exist, shaping market and portfolio priorities, and working with teams across the business to turn those opportunities into actionable plans.
You'll partner closely with Strategy, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and local market teams to determine
where PepsiCo should play, how we should win, and what capabilities and investments are needed to accelerate growth.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business questions, working across functions and markets, and turning insights into decisions that have a tangible impact on a growing global business.
What You'll Do- Shape the long-term opportunity: Partner with Strategy to define the growth opportunity for portable snacking, including market potential, key growth drivers, and priorities across geographies.
- Turn strategy into action: Translate long-term ambitions into clear priorities, decisions, and actions that can be incorporated into near-term business plans.
- Identify growth opportunities: Analyze market dynamics, competitive trends, consumer insights, and business performance to identify priority markets and whitespace opportunities.
- Shape the portfolio strategy: Work with Marketing and cross-functional partners to define the future role of portable snacking formats-including Stax, Minis, and Square Canisters-and how they can drive growth across different markets.
- Build market and investment plans: Partner with local teams to develop market-level plans, including format priorities, launch sequencing, and investment opportunities. Build fact-based business cases to help prioritize resources.
- Scale opportunities globally: Connect markets to identify transferable opportunities, best practices, and synergies that can accelerate growth across the portfolio.
- Lead strategic initiatives: Drive or support high-impact, cross-functional projects that strengthen the business model, value chain, and future growth opportunities.
- Influence senior stakeholders: Bring a strategic point of view to leadership discussions, highlighting opportunities, gaps, trade-offs, and areas requiring deeper analysis.
QualificationsWhat We're Looking For- Approximately 5 years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or a related strategic role; global or multi-market experience is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex or ambiguous business questions and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to connect market opportunities, portfolio decisions, operations, and financial considerations.
- Experience working across functions and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data, market insights, and business cases to support strategic decisions.
- Ability to bring an external perspective, challenge conventional thinking, and identify new approaches to growth.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information for senior audiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and solutions are not always clearly defined.

Compensation & Benefits- The expected salary range for this position is USD $125,363-$155,185.
- Actual starting salary will be determined based on location, job-related skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors.
- Eligible employees may receive an annual performance-based bonus with a 12% target payout.
