We are looking for an exceptional Business Associate to work alongside the leadership of our Equities business in the development and execution of strategic and operational initiatives. The Business Associate will sit within the Office of the Equities COO and will partner with senior leaders and teams across the firm to identify strategic priorities, improve operational processes, and manage the operating rhythm of the business.

They will be comfortable operating within a collaborative, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment, and will be able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously while demonstrating an ability to rapidly learn, adapt, and create impact, using cutting-edge AI tools as a "force multiplier" to do so.
Primary Responsibilities - Work closely with the Equities COO and other senior leaders across Equities to execute strategic and operational priorities for the business
- Work on projects independently and in collaboration with others, applying problem-solving skills, judgement, and a high degree of ownership
- Use data to generate insights and support strategic and operational recommendations
- Help own, execute, and refine the operating rhythm for Equities while driving key processes forward
- Build and maintain productive, collaborative, and trust-based relationships with stakeholders in Equities and across the broader firm
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to increase the scope and speed of impact
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- 2+ years' work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in management consulting
- Track record of distinctive academic and professional achievement
- Robust analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- High degree of detail orientation
- Strong sense of ownership, humility, and focus on outcomes
- Can-do attitude and willingness to "roll up sleeves" and tackle whatever problems are necessary to move the business forward
- Proficiency using the latest AI tools
- Interest in the alternative asset management space
