About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a sharp and driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across departments
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate that solutions meet business requirements
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
