Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. This role gathers requirements, designs future-state processes, and supports business transformation initiatives.
Essential Functions- Analyze business processes, systems, and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders.
- Develop process maps, user stories, functional specifications, and business cases.
- Partner with IT, project managers, developers, and business leaders to deliver solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation.
- Analyze business data and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Prepare executive presentations and project documentation.
- Identify project risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Drive continuous process improvement and change management.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-7+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile project environments preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or similar tools.

Benefits and CompensationThe pay range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $85,000 and $110,000. The range is an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
