Full Job Description
As a Building Automation Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of BMS by leveraging your expertise in building automation and control systems. Your role involves engaging with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored BMS solutions.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for BMS, understanding customer requirements, and presenting compelling service proposals. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed BMS services align with customer needs and technical capabilities.

In addition, you will be tasked with building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and serving as a trusted advisor on BMS offerings. Your role also involves conducting market research to identify potential clients and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 94,400 - USD 141,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
