Branch General Manager

Responsibilities

Mission Linen Supply is hiring a Branch General Manager to take overall responsibility for the successful operation of a service center branch, leading field mentorship and leadership for a team of Route Sales & Service Representatives (RSSRs) and Area Managers, developing one-way and rental field sales goals, ensuring an unsurpassed level of customer satisfaction, and driving the depot and district to hit operational goals.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for experienced route sales management professionals. Familiarity with textile rental products and services is a plus, but relevant experience in a similar route-based rental or service industry is also welcomed, including uniform or textile rental, pest control, water/coffee service, security monitoring, or any other recurring-route service business. If you've led route sales and service teams before, we'll train you on Mission's specific products.

Total Compensation Opportunities

Base salary: $120,000+, based on education, experience, other qualifications, and location of assignment. On top of base pay, Branch General Managers have multiple, ongoing ways to grow their total compensation throughout the year:

• Company-Wide Sales Contests: tied to key business initiatives like new business development, seasonal promotions, and direct sales campaigns, with recurring payout opportunities based on branch and individual performance
• Product-Specific Performance Bonuses: additional bonuses tied to plant-level performance in targeted categories such as Retail Services and First Aid
• Vendor-Sponsored Incentives: select contests throughout the year include vendor-funded bonus opportunities, adding further earning potential on top of company-funded incentives
• Top-Performer Recognition Incentive: an additional annual incentive for Branch General Managers who rank among the company's top performers
• Annual Performance Incentive: tied to overall company and plant performance
• Car Allowance: provided as part of the role

Together, these programs mean total earnings are shaped not just by base salary, but by consistent, performance-driven opportunities available all year long.

• Paid time off (sick, holiday, vacation)
• And more
