Job Description

We are currently seeking a Market Director for the Southwest Region who will report to the Head of Retail, US & Canada as part of our dynamic team.

Your opportunity

The Market Director is a senior leadership role responsible for developing brand desirability, visibility through awareness in a designated market, penetrating high end clientele and gaining market share through driving commercial performance, cultivating exceptional client experiences and leading high-performing retail teams. This role embodies the brand's values of craftsmanship and creativity while translating strategic vision into tangible business results.

How you will contribute

Brand Desirability & Awareness:
  • Strategize & implement initiatives to gain market share with high-end clients and enhance brand desirability
  • Develop market-specific actions to influence & embed into high-end local community
  • Partner with Marketing & Private Client teams to execute impactful brand activations and events
  • Manage 360 Go to Market strategies rooted in sales acceleration through exclusive product assortment, high-end animations, and VIC growth


Business & Client Strategy:
  • Define and execute commercial strategies for the market to ensure sustainable business growth
  • Own and deliver sales targets, profitability, store productivity and KPI performance
  • Define and execute market-specific client strategies to attract, retain lifetime value, and grow a high-value client base
  • Partner with CRM team to leverage data insights and elevate clienteling efforts
  • Partner with merchandising team to ensure product assortment aligns with client demand and brand strategy
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to always enhance the client experience


People Leadership & Development:
  • Lead and develop Store Leaders and retail teams to consistently deliver excellence & high performance
  • Assess people skills and ensure team balance and progression
  • Identify and nurture top talent, building strong succession pipelines across the market and beyond
  • Inspire teams to embody the brand's essence into daily actions across all touchpoints


Who you are
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury fashion industry with multi-unit leadership
  • Proven track record of driving significant commercial results in a luxury environment
  • Strong leadership an team development capabilities, with a passion for people
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of high-touch client strategies and expectations
