Bobcat Sales Representative to develop this new territory opening in summer 2026.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day: - Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within assigned territory.
- Identify potential customers and business opportunities while proactively building strong customer relationships.
- Effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support the overall company growth by actively promoting and collaborating with the rental, parts, and service departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Tow equipment to customer sites to conduct product demonstrations, showcasing equipment capabilities.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from customer locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed: - Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
- Prior sales experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- CDL/Medical Certification is preferred at time of hire; must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Physical Requirements: - This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
- Regular travel within an assigned territory is required; the ability to operate a motor vehicle is necessary for this role.
- Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, transportation, and securement of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in accordance with company and FMCSA regulations.
- Must be able to frequently climb on and off trailers, enter and exit commercial vehicles, and secure equipment during loading, unloading, and transport activities.
