• $90,000+ annual salary, depending on experience.
• 25-28 billable hours per week.
• Flexible scheduling within Monday-Friday office hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., while meeting billable requirements and clinical responsibilities.
• 10 days of PTO plus paid holidays after completing the 90-day probationary period.
• An opportunity to collaborate with families and other treating professionals.
• An electronic medical record system is planned, with platform selection underway.
Your clinical role
You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and use treatment data to guide clinical decisions. You'll also supervise and support behavior technicians, provide caregiver training, collaborate with other professionals, and maintain accurate, timely documentation.

What you'll bring
• Current BCBA certification.
• Active Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst credential by your start date.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical supervision skills.
• Clear communication, organization, and documentation skills.
