Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
Work with children ages 2-18, primarily under age 6
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with Clinical Directors and fellow BCBAs to troubleshoot cases
Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines

What You'll Do:

What You'll Need:
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
State Licensure where required
ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
