BMW/MINI of SterlingHiring: BMW Service Technician- Pay: $30.00 to $50.00 per hour, based on a flat-rate compensation structure.
- Schedule: This position is a full-time role; candidates must have open availability to work on Saturdays
Reports to Shop Foreman / Production Manager and Fixed Ops Manager
What You'll Do- Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
- Perform quality repairs and test-drive vehicles when needed
- Accurately document work and track labor time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Complete required training and maintain certifications
- Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Report safety or operational concerns to management promptly
What You'll Bring- 3+ years of automotive technician experience required
- BMW/MINI certification highly preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Solid automotive repair and diagnostic background
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Total RewardsThe flat rate range for this position is $23.00 to $50.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
