Job Description
Job Duties
• Support research and development efforts for nucleic acid biomarker identification.
• Work closely with experimental scientists, lead end-to-end studies from hypotheses and experimental design, to analysis plans, implementation and pipelining, to methods assessment and result reporting or publication.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to advance current research portfolio
• Prepare technical documents, such as publications, proposals, SOPs, and reports.
Qualifications
Skills Requirements
• A Ph.D. in computational biology, biostatistics, or related fields.
• 2-5+ years of postdoctoral or industrial experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead others in designing and developing experiments, and analyzing and interpreting data.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Demonstrated ability to perform collaborative research in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Excellent written and oral scientific communication skills.
• US Citizen or US Permanent Resident due to government contract requirements.
