Bilingual Technical Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Technical Project Manager with a strong background in power supply systems to oversee the technical management of key customer accounts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery, leveraging your technical expertise to address customer needs and drive innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure a clear understanding of project scope, objectives, and roles.
- Coordinate and drive the project team, including engineers, designers, and vendors, to achieve project goals.
- Work closely with the R&D, engineering teams to ensure that product designs meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that project milestones are met and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may arise during development.
- Serve as the technical liaison for key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage engineering activities, including design concepts, prototype development, and resource allocation for key projects.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and timelines, focusing on power supply systems and applications.
- Support the engineering team in troubleshooting and optimizing power electronics designs.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin required, as the role involves collaboration with global teams and customers.
- 5+ years of industrial experience in power supply or related fields; familiarity with high-performance power systems is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical programs and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

This is a fully onsite position located in Fremont, CA; Monday- Friday from 10 am to 7 pm.
