Full Job Description
The role
You'll hire, coach and lead our BDRs, and make outbound a predictable source of pipeline alongside our inbound. You'll report to Humphrey Su, our Head of GTM.
What you'll own
→ Hiring, ramping and coaching a team of BDRs.
→ The outbound engine: targeting, messaging, cadences, tooling (Clay, CRM) and the metrics behind them.
→ Making outbound a predictable source of pipeline next to our inbound.
→ Working with our GTM engineering to automate everything that should be automated.

What it takes
We work in person, five days a week, in downtown Toronto. We move fast and hold a high bar. If you want the steepest learning curve of your career and a stake in the outcome, you'll fit right in.
Pay & logistics
→ Base salary: CAD $100,000-$135,000.
→ Commission on top. On-target earnings: CAD $145,000-$195,000.
→ Equity.
→ Downtown Toronto, in person five days a week.
