Full Job Description

The Real Estate Finance department is seeking a commercial real estate finance associate with 2 or more years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, debt funds and/or other regulated and non-regulated lenders in the financing of commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have experience conducting title, survey, lease and other commercial property diligence and working on the origination of loans secured by commercial properties. Exposure to mezzanine loans and commercial mortgage loan securitization and syndication is a plus. Candidates should expect a varied practice and anticipate that all or a portion of their time may be related to real estate owner/operator, developer and equity side work, including leasing.

The expected base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; the actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, which may include annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses.  Employees in this role are also eligible for benefits offered by the firm, subject to applicable plan terms and conditions, which currently include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off.
