Handle warranty documentation and dealer paperwork; communicate directly with service advisors and manufacturer reps when required.
Required skills & qualifications
ASE Master preferred or equivalent; manufacturer certifications a strong plus.
5+ years dealership or equivalent heavy-diagnostic experience.
Proficient with OEM diagnostic software, module programming, and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic reasoning, and communication skills.
Owns a full set of professional tools; valid driver's license.
Compensation & structure
Pay potential: $70,000-$120,000+ annually (dependent on skill level, production/flat-rate, specialty certifications, and performance bonuses).
Pay types may include flat-rate, hourly + incentive, and shop bonuses.
