Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
• Self-motivated and energetic personality with a strong drive to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory.
• California Sales License required; assistance available for obtaining it.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
• Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers during the vehicle buying journey.
• Build rapport with customers and assess their needs to suggest suitable vehicles.
• Conduct engaging test drives, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Keep up to date with upcoming model enhancements and sales training.
