The INEOS Grenadier is making waves in the SUV market, combining rugged capability, distinctive design, and premium craftsmanship. As the primary INEOS sales and service destination for Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia, this is an exciting opportunity to represent a unique vehicle brand and build lasting relationships with customers who share your passion for quality and adventure.

Luxury or highline automotive sales experience is strongly preferred. We’re looking for a professional who understands the expectations of discerning buyers, knows how to deliver a premium buying experience, and is ready to turn product knowledge and relationship-building skills into outstanding results.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, capabilities, and benefits with confidence and professionalism.
• Deliver a personalized, premium sales experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person interactions, phone calls, email, internet leads, and other channels.
• Present pricing options, negotiate effectively, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Maintain exceptional service standards before, during, and after every sale.
• Stay current on INEOS product knowledge, vehicle technology, and market trends through ongoing training.
• Conduct all business ethically and professionally while working toward sales goals.

Sales Consultant Qualifications

• Luxury or highline automotive sales experience strongly preferred.
• A passion for automobiles, off-road vehicles, adventure, and premium customer service.
• A proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and create a positive customer experience.
• A self-starter mentality with strong initiative and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
• Previous sales or related commission-based experience in automotive, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills.
• A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
