At CityVet Goodyear, you'll join Dr. Hannah Elliott, Dr. Tyler Elliott, and a tight-knit team that takes pride in practicing great medicine and taking care of one another along the way.
We're looking for a
full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing GP practice. Our ideal schedule is
four days per week, although we're happy to discuss a three-day schedule for the right person. We're ideally looking for a
seasoned veterinarian who is comfortable practicing independently and is confident performing surgery and dentistry.
That said, we're also open to an exceptional new graduate who is highly motivated, clinically curious, and ready to grow into a well-rounded GP veterinarian.
We value consistency and work-life balance, so your schedule will be thoughtfully structured around set days rather than constantly changing shifts.
This is a great opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys the variety of general practice and wants to maintain a strong surgical and dental component to their caseload.
You'll have the opportunity to:- Practice comprehensive small-animal general medicine
- Perform soft-tissue surgery and dentistry
- Have a dedicated surgery day each week
- Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets
- Utilize advanced diagnostic capabilities, including ultrasound
- Work with an experienced support team that knows how to keep the day moving
- Help shape the continued growth of an already established and well-loved practice
About the HospitalCityVet Goodyear is one of our largest facilities, with
seven exam rooms and a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout that gives the team room to grow.
The hospital is equipped with:
- Digital radiography
- Digital dental radiography
- Oncura ultrasound
- In-house Zoetis analyzers
- Modern patient monitoring equipment
- ScribbleVet
- Dedicated surgical space with room for future expansion
- Two dental stations
- On-site grooming
Appointments are scheduled in
30-minute blocks, with doctors typically seeing
13-17 appointments per day, inclusive of drop-off appointments when desired. Surgery volume varies with the needs of the practice, giving you the opportunity to balance appointments, procedures, and dentistry throughout the week.

You'll be joining Dr. Hannah and Dr. Tyler Elliott, who share a vision for thoughtful, relationship-driven veterinary medicine. Their approach combines strong clinical standards with communication, compassion, and genuine connection with both clients and team members.
Qualifications- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Licensed to practice in this state or eligible for licensure.
- A collaborative spirit and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Interest in General Practice and/or Urgent Care medicine.
