Job Overview
The person in this role will be responsible for assisting with production and delivery across interactive/experiential activations for enterprise clients. This role will work directly with executive and senior level producers to assist in complex production planning, creative briefings, production scheduling and planning, as well as production vendor management. You’ll be expected to contribute to complex project plans and schedules, co-lead and cover off (when needed) on meetings between various stakeholders, both internal and external, and work closely across creative technology leads to help organize and prioritize workload.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with creative and production leadership to ensure deadlines are being met, scopes are being adhered to, project assets are offloaded and organized properly, documentation is complete, accurate and thorough.
On complex builds, own certain parts of end-to-end project lifecycle, including creative development, vendor deliverables, coverage for client and/or sales communications, helping organize meetings and keep work on track
Owning end-to-end production on dynamic digital campaigns, gamified experiences, QR-based interactions, and research and development initiatives.
Help the managing producer author a production calendar; coordinate kickoffs, creative reviews, stakeholder feedback sessions, approvals, and final delivery milestones.
Own certain sales-facing projects and corporate marketing initiatives
Serve as a key point of contact for large-scale experiential activations with enterprise level partnerships
Gather and document feedback and approval processes to ensure high-quality creative output while maintaining timelines and budget parameters.
Qualifications
2-3+ years of experience at an ad agency or in-house brand studio, specifically with integrated projects/workflows.
Experience within/with a creative technology group structure is a plus.
Proven experience working on complex campaigns, large experiential activations, and end-to-end creative production
Experience setting up multiple types of creative for success, from graphic and motion designers and creative directors to developers and senior technologists.
Proven ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with vendors, sales, strategists, producers, and technologists
Core Skill Sets
Demonstrated responsiveness via written and verbal communication across various mediums (MS Teams messaging, Outlook inbox, calls)
Self-starting with excellent time management.
Excellent documentation and organization across Dropbox, Monday.com, Excel, Dropbox Paper, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Ability to navigate (not generate, but view, comment, and navigate) creative software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
Detail oriented and timely communication, knowing when/how to use the various tools (messaging vs. email) and how to keep comms manageable and complete.
Comfort working on projects for enterprise-level, mid-market and local clients
The salary range for this role is $80,000-$85,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
