RN Supervisor, Utilization Management to lead a high-performing healthcare management team focused on delivering quality outcomes for members. What You'll Do- Lead and develop a team of healthcare management professionals
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and performance oversight
- Implement utilization management policies and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve member outcomes
- Support recruiting, training, and employee development
- Drive operational, quality, and financial performance goals
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor
What We're Looking For - REQUIRED- Active, unrestricted RN license in your state of residence
- 3+ years of adult acute care nursing experience
- 1+ year of Utilization Management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- BSN preferred
- Candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone preferred
Additional Information- Utilization Management is a 24/7 operation; schedules may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Participation in a holiday rotation (up to two holidays annually - based on business needs)
- Occasional travel (less than 5%) for audits and meetings
Education- Associate degree required
- BSN preferred

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$80,340.00 - $173,040.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
