About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Digital Finance team. You'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights & Analytics, and Operations.
As a key member of the team, the Associate Manager will play an important role in driving the financial performance and profitable growth of Taco Bell's third-party delivery business. This individual will serve as a key Finance partner to cross-functional teams, leading financial analysis, developing business cases, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize delivery channel profitability, promotional investments, and growth initiatives.
The Associate Manager will be responsible for developing insights into delivery sales and profitability, evaluating new business opportunities, and helping shape decisions related to promotional strategy, pricing, and channel economics. The role requires the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that influence business decisions.
Necessary strengths include strong financial modeling and strategic problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and proven success partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable independently managing analytical workstreams and communicating financial insights to business leaders.
This is a dynamic point of entry to Taco Bell; successful members of the team can move to roles in several different parts of the finance team or into other areas across Taco Bell and YUM brands.
The Day-to-Day:
• Lead financial analysis of third-party delivery performance, identifying opportunities to drive incremental sales, optimize costs, and improve restaurant profitability.
• Partner cross-functionally with Delivery, Marketing, and other teams to develop and evaluate strategies for profitable growth of the third-party delivery business.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate delivery initiatives, including promotional investments, pricing strategies, and changes to channel economics.
• Own financial forecasting and post-promotion analysis for third-party delivery offers, translating results into actionable recommendations to improve future promotional effectiveness.
• Develop insights into delivery customer behavior, transaction trends, and channel profitability to help inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Synthesize complex financial analyses and communicate key insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders.
Is this you?
• BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering); MBA a plus
• 4+ years relevant work experience (Corporate Finance, analytical/insights-driven roles, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.)
• Superb interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to synthesize data and financial analysis to help shape business decisions
• Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, and logical thinking
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools/techniques (e.g., SQL, Python) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a strong plus
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment

Salary Range: $98,400 to $110,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
