Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate III - Business Analysis professional with 4-6 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions within a healthcare environment. The role involves gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to understand business objectives and processes.
• Conduct requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analyses.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, business process flows, and functional specifications.
• Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop use cases, workflows, process maps, and test scenarios.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and requirement changes.
Required Qualifications
• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management.
• Strong expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the healthcare domain, including healthcare operations, claims, membership, provider, or clinical data.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting using SQL or business intelligence tools.
• Exposure to digital transformation, data analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud-based applications and enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools such as GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot.
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or a Scrum certification.
