Job PurposeThe Associate Director, Peer-to-Peer & Medical Education will develop and execute the commercial healthcare professional (HCP) education initiatives to support a successful product launch in hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). This individual will translate HCP educational needs, clinical evidence, and brand strategy into engaging peer-to-peer programs, speaker resources, and congress education. The role will build launch-ready speaker bureau capabilities and oversee content development, speaker training, program execution, agency partners, and measurement.
