Full Job Description
Job Summary:

Provides fiscal and operational support to the Nursing Division by conducting statistical and financial data analysis to support decision-making, reviewing reports, developing and monitoring budgets, preparing contracts, and planning for capital equipment. Delivers financial education and in-service training to nurse managers and staff, and represents the department on committees and project teams. Collaborates with directors, nurse managers, and multiple hospital departments to develop business plans, manage contracts and invoices, and coordinate financial activities for both new and existing programs. Assists leadership in budget administration, revenue and cost analysis, and developing strategies to ensure efficient and effective Nursing operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a healthcare leadership capacity required. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills required. Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite and similar applications that support data analysis, planning and communication required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a hospital/healthcare setting preferred.
