SummaryResponsible for planning, coordinating, and executing annual fundraising initiatives designed to increase donor participation, retention, and revenue. This role develops and implements multi-channel solicitation campaigns, cultivates relationships with individual donors, analyzes fundraising performance, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to support organizational philanthropic goals. This position helps build a sustainable pipeline of engaged donors by creating compelling donor communications, managing donor stewardship activities, and identifying opportunities to grow annual giving programs.
Job Duties- Own and execute the strategy for various campaigns, serving as project manager and coordinating cross-departmental participation, timelines, communications, and volunteer/team activity to meet campaign goals.
- Develop and manage the Employee Giving program, including annual cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plans that encourage participation, renewals, upgrades, and acquisition of employee donors across all campuses.
- In coordination with community giving leads, support peer-to-peer, third-party, and community fundraising strategies, providing guidance, tools, and support to volunteer organizers and community partners running independent fundraising efforts on Jefferson's behalf.
- Serve as a lead on enterprise annual campaigns, coordinating with Donor Relations, Major Gifts, and other OIA teams to align messaging and timing.
- Recruit, train, and manage fundraising volunteers and ambassadors, fostering strong relationships with volunteer leadership to build a culture of collaboration, innovation, and teamwork.
Additional QualificationsPhysical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
