  • Mentor account managers and activation team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

  • Navigate campaign challenges, timeline risks, production pivots, and client feedback to develop solutions that ensure successful delivery.
  • Partner with the Account VP and finance on campaign budgets, margin management, billing reconciliation, and scope implications tied to production or timeline changes.
  • Develop tools, trackers, timelines, and playbooks that strengthen influencer campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working at an agency, marketing-tech company, media organization, or influencer/creator marketing environment.
  • Experience leading complex influencer, social, or integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through execution and reporting.
  • Proven experience managing tight production timelines and high-volume creator deliverable workflows across content deadlines, client review cycles, revision rounds, asset delivery, posting schedules, and final reporting milestones.
  • Experience building and managing campaign timelines, status trackers, deliverable matrices, approval flows, and internal/external progress updates.
  • Experience overseeing content shoots and/or live event activations in person while supporting clients, managing creator participation, and coordinating key stakeholders on-site.
  • Experience working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams within an IAT structure.
  • Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform campaign planning, performance reporting, and optimization recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Experience creating clear internal and external presentations, status materials, timelines, and executive-ready campaign updates.
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex campaigns, shifting priorities, and production dependencies.
