Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly self driven Business Analyst preferably with experience in Unqork & API itegration. This role requires someone who can work independently with no oversight and drive requirements through delivery. Responsibilities: Identify gaps, Lead requirements gathering, story writing, and acceptance criteria creation. Support Sprint ceremonies and remove blockers. Support QA validation, functional testing and UAT to ensure high quality delivery. Evaluate current current system and draft functional requirements. Facilitate discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business rules and logic. Partner with Business users, solution architects, and development team to translate business logic into requirements documents. Strong capability to work independently with minimal direction. Formulate system integration specifications. Experience with ADO board is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile : Participate and drive scrum calls: backlog grooming, sprint panning and retrospective.
- Quality Assurance: Implement verification techniques and review cycles to ensure all final deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations.
- Post-Project Reviews: Conduct retrospective meetings upon project closure to document lessons learned, evaluate team performance, and optimize internal PMO workflows.
- Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams is a definite plus.
