That's Nice, But What's the Job?

In short, as an Assistant Director, Servicing Strategy & Analytics you will apply your analytical, strategic and leadership skills as you develop and execute business cases for major company initiatives or ensure performance excellence. This role will be expected to work cross-functionally with many different teams involved in operations, IT, Product and BI teams to ensure we have the necessary systems and data to drive continuous improvement. You will also be leading an analytic team using the newest analytic tools in coding and Ai!

In long, our Assistant Director is responsible for:

  • Partnering collaboratively with senior leaders, colleagues, product, tech, data science, and operations to implement data driven strategies


  • Becoming the subject matter expert for servicing and loss mitigation from process flow, data and reporting infrastructure and strategic decisioning


  • Leading and managing a team of analysts in project execution


  • Identifying, tracking, and forecasting main drivers and transactions of the organization


  • Driving large analytical initiatives to reveal step-change improvements in operational and transaction profitability of the business


  • Effectively communicating concise insights and/or visualizations utilizing AI and software such as Snowflake Streamlit, Sigma, and PPT


  • Leveraging emerging technologies and critical thinking skills to continually innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science


  • 4+ years' experience in business analytics or strategy


  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively


  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and add financial value in prior roles


  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)


  • Ability to write SQL, advanced Excel skills


Nice to Haves.

  • Loss Mitigation, Auto Finance experience


  • Work creating Ai agents, apps, or dashboards


  • Advanced coding knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.)


  • Experience in Dashboard Creation or Data Infrastructure


  • 2+ years' experience in leadership or people management roles
