You'll also help coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure seamless, consistent care across the board.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing clinical operations
- Support nursing staff and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
- Help coordinate resident care across departments
- Participate in staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance efforts
Qualifications:- Current Massachusetts RN license
- CPR certification
- At least 3 years of nursing leadership experience, preferably as an ADON in long-term care or sub-acute settings
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Wound care certification preferred
