Full Job Description
The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Controller / Finance Manager to serve as the right hand to our finance lead and own day-to-day accounting operations. You will manage the close process, strengthen our controls and reporting, and partner across the business on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This is a hands-on role with significant room to grow as the

company and finance team expand.

What You'll Do
  • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and support management reporting packages for leadership and investors.
  • Manage core accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general ledger integrity.
  • Build, document, and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and scalable processes that support a growing business.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, partnering with department leaders to track spend and inform decisions.
  • Coordinate the annual audit and tax filings, serving as a key point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Oversee cash management, including reconciliations, treasury reporting, and cash-flow forecasting.
  • Help select, implement, and optimize accounting and finance systems as we scale.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience implementing or upgrading ERP and finance systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus equity.

Final compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit. In addition to base
