- Must possess home health RN leadership experience
- Experience working with CMS quality metrics
Required Certifications and Licensures:- Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
Responsibilities:- Responsible for quality support of assigned region to include Northern California, Oregon and Washington State to include star ratins, CMS quality metrics
- Provide survey support
- Perform annual quality audit onsite at each location
