Overview

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 per year.

Position: Area Quality Specialist

Location: Northern CA, Oregon and Washington territory

Travel: up to 50%

  • Must possess home health RN leadership experience
  • Experience working with CMS quality metrics

Required Certifications and Licensures:
  • Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quality support of assigned region to include Northern California, Oregon and Washington State to include star ratins, CMS quality metrics
  • Provide survey support
  • Perform annual quality audit onsite at each location
