Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon organization in a leadership role that blends hands-on salon management with multi-salon oversight. As an Area Manager, you'll directly manage one salon while also supporting and coaching a team of Salon Managers across a small group of additional locations.

This role is ideal for an experienced salon or multi-unit leader who enjoys developing managers, maintaining strong brand standards, and driving consistent performance across teams.

Motivate and train a team of stylists and leaders at our award winning salons! As an Area Manager, you will hire and train new employees for open positions in your 2-3 assigned salons. Lead your teams to success by staying organized, delivering our steps to customer care and refining operations while working some hours behind the chair. Earn up to $88K yearly. We are a growing locally owned franchise with advancement opportunities and another location opening soon in Georgetown.
What you bring to the team
To succeed as an Area Manager in a Great Clips salon organization, you'll need:
  • Previous salon management experience or multi-unit retail management experience
  • A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
