Project Manager

Location: PCS CA, Toronto

Years of Experience: 15-30 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of proven experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and driving successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams to align project goals and expectations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency plans when required.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices in project management, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
