The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a
Architect with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct architectural assessments of facilities and infrastructure.
- Evaluate building envelopes, finishes, and site features.
- Develop architectural designs and specifications.
- Support space utilization and master planning efforts.
- Prepare reports, estimates, and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with ADA, historic preservation, and environmental requirements.
- Support Facility Condition Assessments.
Notice $100,000-$120,000 Skills & Requirements
Required Qualifications:- Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 7 years of architectural experience.
- Experience supporting facilities projects.
Preferred Qualifications:- Registered Architect (RA).
- Federal facilities experience.
- Historic campus experience.
