Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications. The role focuses on defining scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures that support critical banking operations and align with business and technology strategies. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, guide engineering teams, and drive modernization initiatives while ensuring enterprise solutions meet performance, reliability, security, and regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Design end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise banking applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Define application architecture, integration patterns, API strategies, and cloud-ready solution designs
Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security, scalability, and performance best practices
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle
Design distributed systems, integration solutions, and event-driven application architectures
Ensure solutions comply with banking regulatory, security, risk management, and governance requirements
Drive application modernization initiatives and support migration from legacy platforms to modern enterprise architectures
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure successful deployment and production readiness
Maintain architecture documentation, design standards, technical roadmaps, and governance artifacts
Primary Skills (Must Have)
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
Banking Domain Experience (Credit Cards Preferred)
Angular and Solution Architecture
