Qualifications

• Proficient in Python or Java, Typescripts
• Advanced SQL and experience with Data Orchestration tools
• Hands-on experience with RAG, fine-tuning LLMs, and agentic frameworks
• Experience with deployment in Cloud Service Providers (CSP) or on-premises environments
• Client-facing experience in building/designing solutions
• 10-15 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Architect role with hands-on involvement
• Strong articulation skills, particularly in explaining past projects from a business perspective

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers, program managers, and domain specialists to architect and build applications
• Decompose complex problems to create a multi-stage technical roadmap
• Build and develop full stacks rapidly, within days instead of months
• Act as the primary technical owner for client projects
• Develop production-grade solutions that utilize client data efficiently
• Explain product/services built in the past from a domain/business perspective
• Clarify code and refactoring processes using AI-generated tools
