The roleAs an Applied AI Strategist, you play two roles: an operator who understands how care providers actually run, from the workflows to the handoffs to the workarounds, and a redesigner who can see how that work should be rebuilt once AI is a native part of it.
You'll own the gap between the two: mapping how customers operate today, defining what the system needs to become, and driving that transformation through to delivery.
Some days that means writing the product spec. Other days it means sitting with a customer, tracing a broken workflow end to end, redesigning the operating model, or working directly with engineers to get the new system into production.
What you'll do- Scope and ship: guide our product and engineering teams to build the next solution, and demo it to current and prospective customers.
- Take customers live: get them onto the platform with their core transactions running automatically, drive adoption, and reach a steady state they trust.
- Build trust through execution: earn the relationship by delivering; become the person they call first.
- Learn how they really work: embed with their team until you can see what's worth building next.
- Make it repeatable: turn each deployment into a process, with the tooling to match, so the next one is faster than the last.

Compensation$140,000 - $200,000 + competitive equity
