Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities- Technical Customer Management: Act as the lead technical consultant, managing all customer interactions, leading technical reviews, and ensuring proactive responses to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Strategic Growth: Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to identify technology trends and promote the deployment of Nidec's latest innovations.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Coordinate with R&D, Project Management, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to guarantee that projects meet the critical Quality, Design, and Cost (QDC) targets.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the full lifecycle of Requirements Engineering, Change Management, and Problem Resolution processes with high attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain rigorous documentation, including Open Point Lists (OPL) and Minutes of Meetings (MoM), ensuring transparency and synchronization across all departments.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project bottlenecks and work with senior management to implement decisive actions that secure Nidec's strategic objectives.
Additional Job DetailsQualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Application Engineering, Product Development, or Technical Project Management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working in global corporate environments and a strong understanding of market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid expertise in Requirements Management and Change Management protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build long-term professional relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
