Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in product management/design engineering, ideally in semiconductor or power supply design.
• Experience in product marketing, project management, and business development.
• Strong magnetic theory knowledge; hands-on transformer design preferred.
• Power electronics background and familiarity with engineering or simulation tools preferred.
• Ability to address customer technical questions with product, competitor, and pricing insights.
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative and customer-focused, comfortable working across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of power magnetics in the Automotive business.
• Respond promptly to customer and Sales needs regarding product selection and application support.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into product opportunities.
• Support new product design-in and validation for customer applications.
• Manage new business opportunities through communication and meetings.
• Coordinate with factories, R&D, Sales, and Marketing on trends and product capabilities.
• Represent YAGEO at trade shows and industry events.
