You will develop and optimize software applications that bridge technical teams and end-users, addressing business needs through innovative solutions and enhancing member or internal user experiences. 3+ years of production support experience
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Experience with programming languages and development tools, such as SQL, Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS, with exposure to modern frameworks and libraries
Knowledge of database structures, web technologies, and technical applications, with foundational skills in designing simple solutions
Problem-solving and analytical skills for addressing straightforward software functionality and performance issues
Ability to write clean and maintainable code while learning to adhere to industry and organizational coding standards
Exposure to software testing concepts and methods to support application reliability
Written and verbal communication skills for explaining technical concepts and collaborating with team members and stakeholders
Experience with customer support tools, ticketing systems, and knowledge base platforms for addressing basic technical issues
