Responsibilities

  • Provide both inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care.
  • Conduct new consults and supervise stress tests in inpatient settings.
  • Perform follow-up visits and facilitate early patient discharges.
  • Manage new patient clinic visits and follow-up consultations in outpatient settings.
  • Complete timely administrative tasks utilizing Epic EMR.

Award winning medical system in the Southeast is recruiting for an experienced Cardiology APP to serve the needs of the Richmond County community.

Position Highlights

  • Mix of Inpatient and Outpatient practice, Mon-Fri schedule.
  • Inpatient responsibilities include new consults, stress test supervision, follow-up visits, and early discharges.
  • Outpatient responsibilities include new patient clinic visits and follow-up visits along with timely administrative tasks in Epic EMR.
  • Full-service cardiology practice - 30+ experienced providers in 6 clinic locations supporting 5 hospitals in the region.
  • Be a member of the FirstHealth Physician Group, a team of 400+ hospital-employed providers.
