Full Job Description
As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the Government & Public Services ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for supporting transformation initiatives that improve enterprise information technology service delivery for government clients.
  • Support functional project activities across planning, analysis, testing, and implementation phases
  • Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
  • Assist with test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of system changes
  • Prepare client deliverables, status updates, training materials, and documentation for project teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ServiceNow implementation activities and business process improvements

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ years of experience supporting technology transformation, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process flows, or functional specifications
  • Experience supporting testing activities, including test case development, execution, and defect tracking
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word for analysis and deliverable preparation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required
  • Ability to work onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, or configuration activities
  • Experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
  • Experience preparing training materials or end-user documentation

This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600 to $127,600.
