Position OverviewAs an ALM Senior Associate - Liquidity & Capital Planning within PNC's Finance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY.
Corporate Treasury plays a central role in managing the organization's capital, liquidity, and funding resources to support PNC's strategic objectives. Through forecasting, scenario analysis, and balance sheet optimization, the Corporate Treasury team provides critical analytics and insights that inform decisions on growth, profitability, risk management, and capital deployment.
Treasury partners closely with business leaders, Finance, Risk, and executive management to navigate changing market, economic, and regulatory environments while ensuring the company's financial strength and resilience. Treasury's core functions include Capital Management, Liquidity Management, Profitability & Risk-Adjusted Returns, Credit Loss Projections and Stress Testing.
Capital Management is responsible for optimizing the bank's capital position while supporting growth, managing risk, and meeting regulatory expectations. The team develops capital forecasts, evaluates the impact of economic and business scenarios, and provides analysis that informs strategic decisions related to capital allocation, balance sheet management, and capital returns.
Capital Management also leads risk-weighted asset forecasting and analytics and partners with senior leadership to ensure the effective deployment of capital across the enterprise.

Job Description- Leads financial analysis, conducts research and prepares reports. Performs due diligence and statistical analysis related to liquidity and capital planning management. Participates in stress testing efforts.
- Reviews peer research in relation to liquidity and capital planning. Presents research summary to executive management.
- Manages and performs defined procedures, analyses and report preparation. Performs data aggregation and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate management reporting. Performs routine transactions as part of the group's liquidity and capital management responsibilities.
- Using independent judgment, defines analysis required in the forecast, such as setting assumptions and determining key drivers.
- Collaborates with internal partners on topics related to liquidity and capital planning. Assists with the development of executive or board-level presentations.
- Assists in analytics/stress testing as it relates to capital and liquidity.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $86,250.00 – $172,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
