Working within Digital Ad Operations and collaborating cross-functionally across teams, this role translates business challenges into practical AI-driven solutions - from rapid prototypes to production-ready internal tools. The ideal candidate combines software development skills, applied AI and prompt engineering expertise, systems integration experience, and a bias for shipping useful solutions that teams actually adopt. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. • 3-6 years of experience in software development, automation engineering, systems integration, or applied AI roles. • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, API integration, and data manipulation. • Experience working with SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) for querying, data analysis, and reporting. • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) including prompt design, structured output parsing, and integration into applications. • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating multiple SaaS platforms or enterprise systems. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into working technical solutions. • Experience with workflow automation tools or platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, Make, or custom scripted automation). • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and building practical solutions. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation, user guides, and technical specifications. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with digital marketing/advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ad Manager, Salesforce, LiveRamp, StackAdapt, or similar. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Microsoft Copilot Studio. • Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases, or knowledge base development. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or custom dashboard development). • Experience in the digital media, publishing, advertising, or marketing technology industry. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying applications or managing AI workloads. • Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Teams integrations. • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for building lightweight internal web applications. • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices. • Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties listed are intended as examples only and may not represent a complete list. Duties and Responsibilities, work schedules and/or location may change based on evolving business needs. • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered internal tools and workflow automations that improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business operations across Client. • Develop AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to automate multi-step business processes in sales, operations, audience management, and ad operations. • Build and maintain system integrations connecting Client's technology platforms (Snowflake, Salesforce, GAM, LiveRamp, StackAdapt, BlueConic, Microsoft 365) via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines. • Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies, prompt libraries, and reusable prompt templates tailored to Client's business use cases. • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools that give business teams faster access to revenue, audience, campaign performance, and operational data. • Partner directly with business stakeholders across sales, ad operations, audience, analytics, and editorial to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback, then harden successful prototypes into reliable, production-ready tools. • Write clean, well-documented Python scripts, SQL queries, and automation code following engineering best practices (version control, testing, documentation). • Integrate AI capabilities into existing Microsoft 365 workflows using tools like Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and SharePoint to enable non-technical teams to benefit from AI. • Build and curate knowledge bases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and document repositories that AI agents use to deliver accurate, context-aware responses. • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed automations and AI tools based on usage data, stakeholder feedback, and business impact metrics. • Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for automation, efficiency improvements, and overall operational enhancement. • Document technical architectures, solution designs, automation playbooks, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and smooth project execution. • Stay current with emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively recommend new solutions that could benefit Our Client. • Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to the Digital Ad Operations team and other stakeholders when necessary.
