We are currently looking for an
AI Software Developer to join our AI team. This position reports to the AI Adoption Leader.
Your day-to-day- Design, build, and deploy AI applications and agentic systems that solve real business problems
- Contribute to the development of our agent platform and its core capabilities, including orchestration, tool use, retrieval, and evaluation
- Design reliable and maintainable AI systems by applying strong software engineering and architecture principles
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand business needs and turn them into effective AI solutions
Your qualifications - 3+ years of relevant professional experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, AI, or a related technical role
- Solid software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and agentic AI
- Experience with software architecture and building production-grade systems
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern software development practices
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bilingualism (French & English)
Nice-to-haves - Experience with modern agentic AI patterns such as tool use, RAG, or multi-agent systems
- Experience building or integrating MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- Experience with AI evaluation, observability, or LLMOps/MLOps practices
- Experience with cloud-native environments and containerized applications
