Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Practice Lead to build, lead, and scale our Microsoft AI and Intelligent Automation practice. This leader will drive strategy, solution development, client engagement, delivery excellence, and team growth across Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI ecosystem including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related Azure services. The ideal candidate combines executive-level consulting skills with deep technical expertise in Microsoft's AI and low-code platforms. They will partner with business leaders, technology stakeholders, and delivery teams to identify opportunities, develop innovative AI-powered solutions, establish best practices, and create a repeatable services portfolio that drives measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership
  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Microsoft AI practice.
  • Build service offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and go-to-market strategies focused on AI, automation, and intelligent business applications.
  • Establish governance, delivery standards, architecture frameworks, and AI adoption best practices.
  • Monitor emerging Microsoft AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to client needs.
  • Develop practice KPIs, revenue targets, utilization metrics, and growth strategies.

Client Advisory & Solution Strategy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on AI transformation initiatives.
  • Lead AI discovery workshops, strategy sessions, assessments, and roadmap engagements.
  • Identify business opportunities where AI, automation, and low-code solutions can improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans.
  • Present solution recommendations and executive briefings to client leadership teams.

  • Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, HRIS, and line-of-business applications.

Delivery Leadership
  • Provide oversight for AI solution implementations from discovery through deployment.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams consisting of architects, developers, consultants, and data specialists.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives.
  • Establish reusable assets, templates, and implementation accelerators.
  • Drive adoption, change management, training, and business value realization.

Business Development
  • Support sales teams through solution design, proposal development, and executive presentations.
  • Participate in RFP/RFI responses, assessments, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Microsoft sellers, account teams, and partner organizations.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and client workshops.

Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop AI consultants, architects, and developers.
  • Create career development paths and technical training programs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Promote adoption of emerging AI technologies and best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

    • Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)
  • Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, AI agents, and enterprise search solutions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Purview, Dynamics 365, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience developing AI Centers of Excellence or governance programs.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
