Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled senior AI/ML engineer or hands-on architect with strong expertise in building scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in agent-based AI systems, LLM-enabled applications, and cloud-native development, with a focus on enterprise-grade implementations.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI/ML pipelines and intelligent applications.
• Build and implement agent-based workflows and automation systems.
• Develop LLM-enabled applications, including prompt engineering and structured outputs.
• Implement retrieval-based systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, and indexing.
• Develop and integrate APIs with backend systems.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure system reliability.
• Enable observability through logging, monitoring, and tracing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Typically 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
• Experience in Python backend development.
• Hands-on experience with agent-based or agent-oriented development.
• Experience in API development and system integration.
• Experience developing LLM-enabled applications.
• Experience with retrieval-based systems, including RAG, vector databases, and embeddings.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
• Experience with observability practices, including logging, monitoring, and tracing.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Experience deploying machine learning models in production.
• Exposure to enterprise AI workflows and automation.
Domain Experience
• Experience with AI-enabled enterprise workflows.
• Experience with agent-based systems.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented applications.
