Here's a closer look at this key role:
  • Own customer success across a portfolio of strategic Edwin customers, guiding them from deployment through operational adoption, value realization, and Autonomous IT maturity.
  • Partner with AI Impact teams to ensure customers successfully transition from technical deployment to sustained operational adoption.
  • Develop and execute AI Success Plans aligned to customer business objectives, tracking measurable outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Monitor customer adoption, product usage, health signals, and operational maturity, proactively identifying risks and coordinating actions to accelerate customer success.
  • Deliver Executive Business Reviews that communicate business value, ROI, adoption progress, and recommendations for continued growth.
  • Guide customers in expanding AI adoption across new teams, use cases, and operational workflows to maximize business impact.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated customer outcomes and realized value.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and AI Impact teams to communicate customer feedback, emerging AI use cases, and enhancement opportunities that influence product evolution.
  • Partner with Marketing to identify customer references, AI Heroes, case studies, webinars, and advocacy opportunities that showcase Edwin success.
  • Stay current on AI adoption trends, customer success best practices, and emerging AI technologies while contributing to the continuous improvement of AI Growth playbooks and customer engagement methodologies.

What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, AI/ML, enterprise SaaS, or technical consulting, supporting complex enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic customer engagements, drive adoption, manage executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable business outcomes across enterprise accounts.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand AI-driven solutions, observability platforms, integrations, APIs, automation, and enterprise operational workflows.
  • Experience developing success plans, conducting Executive Business Reviews, measuring customer value and ROI, and proactively managing customer health and adoption.
