Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
At least 8 years in Agile coaching roles.
Certified Agile Coach or equivalent certification needed.
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.,
